Return Policy

Exchange & Return Policy Please inspect your order upon delivery before the courier leaves. Exchange or return requests are accepted during inspection only. Once the order has been received and the courier has left, returns are no longer accepted. Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. In case of a return due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the delivery fee only, and the product value will be refunded after inspection and approval.
